 Dr.
Callahan has been a member of the ARCBAC staff
since 1990 and brings with him over 25 years of association
management experience. His professional credentials include a B.A. from the
State
University of New York at Stony Brook, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees
from the Johns Hopkins University,
all in political science. In addition to his responsibilities with the
Association, he also serves the State as Commisioner of the
California
Apprenticeship Council, a position to which he was appointed by Governor
Gray Davis
on Labor Day, 1999. |
