Having joined the ARCBAC team in 1999, Steve brings with him over 15 years of safety and organizational experience. For the past eight years, he has provided safety consultation and training to the Association's roofing contractors and associate members all around the greater San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

Steve has developed a model Injury and Illness Prevention Program for roofing contractors, and continues to provide exemplary ongoing service to our members.

Steve earned his B.Sc. degree at California State University - East Bay, and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). Additionally, he has qualified in the following areas:

     · Certified Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST)
     · AHERA Training for Practices and Procedures in Asbestos Control for
       Asbestos Contractors and Supervisors. (University of California, Berkeley
       Ext. - renewed annually)
     · Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training
       (29 CFR 1910.120, renewed annually)
